Recommended Use:
Adults: One capsule one to two times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Warning: Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhoea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days.
