Withania is used in herbal medicine as an adaptogen to help increase energy and resistance to stress. – Traditionally used in Ayurveda as a sleep aid and to balance aggravated Vata (nervine). – Traditionally used in Ayurveda for memory enhancement.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, silicon dioxide.

RECOMMENDED DOSE
Adults: 1 tablet daily or as directed by your health care practitioner.
Some people may experience drowsiness. Do not use if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness, and to avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. Practitioner supervision recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Re-asses with practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks.
