Suggested Use

Adults: Take 2 capsules three times daily with food or as directed by your health-care practitioner. If you are taking other medications, take this product 2 hours before or after them.
Duration of use: Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.

Cautions and warnings: Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use in case of liver disorder; iron deficiency; stomach ulcers or inflammation; diabetes; intestinal disorders or symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, or fever; cardiovascular disease; kidney disorder; high blood pressure; glaucoma; or overactive bladder syndrome (detrusor instability). Call a Poison Control Center immediately if overdose or accidental ingestion occurs. Do not use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. Discontinue use and consult a health-care practitioner if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness, loss of appetite, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness, or confusion, as these may be symptoms of serious low blood sugar. Avoid taking with health products or foods that contain caffeine and/or increase blood pressure (e.g., medications, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, mate, bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, ephedra, ephedrine). This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep.

Known adverse reactions: Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract–containing products have been reported. Discontinue use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs.
