St Mary’s Thistle (Milk Thistle) contains Silymarin calculated as silibin/silybin, flavonoids and other compounds. This product is standardised to contain 168 mg of silymarin per tablet to ensure optimal strength and quality.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Calcium phosphate – dibasic – dihydrate, Cellulose, Magnesium stearate, Silica and Sodium starch glycolate

RECOMMENDED DOSE
Adults: 1 tablet 2 times daily or as directed by your health care practitioner. Use for a minimum of 3 weeks to see beneficial effects.
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen or prior to use if you have a liver disease or impaired liver function. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. Discontinue use 7 days prior to general anesthesia.
