Rehmannia Complex’s combination of herbs contain many compounds including iridoid glycosides, triterpenoid saponins (called saikosaponins), other saponins, sterols, sesquiterpene lactones of the germacranolide type, particularly parthenolide and other terpenes.

Rehmannia glutinosa (Rehmannia) root, Bupleurum falcatum (False Bupleurum) root, Hemidesmus indicus (Indian-sarsaparilla) root, Tanacetum parthenium (Feverfew) herb top

RECOMMENDED DOSE
Adults: 1 tablet 2-4 times daily. Reduce the dosage gradually if treatment is to be paused or discontinued. Take with or after food. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 months.
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are breastfeeding, or if you are taking blood thinners. Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Daisy family, or if you are pregnant. Hypersensitivity, such as an allergy, has been known to occur; in which case discontinue use. Some people may experience sore mouth, mouth ulcers and/ or gastrointestinal discomfort.
