Suggested Use

Adults: Take 1 capsule three times daily with water or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
Duration of use: Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 2 weeks.

Cautions and warnings: For relief of upper respiratory tract infections and catarrhal conditions: Consult a health-care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding; if you have diabetes; or if you are taking blood thinners or protease inhibitors.
Contraindications: Do not use if you are allergic to anethole or plants of the Apiaceae/carrot family.
Known adverse reactions: Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
