NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS: Hypromellose (vegetarian capsule shell), Microcrystalline cellulose.

RECOMMENDED DOSE: Adults: Take 2 capsules, twice per day with food or as directed by your health care practitioner.

DURATION OF USE: Use for a minimum of 3 months to see beneficial effects.
