Suggested Use

Adults: Take 2 capsules three times daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Take with meals if gastrointestinal upset occurs.

Cautions and warnings: Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you suffer from lung or immune system disorders (e.g. Crohn’s disease, myasthenia gravis, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus, erythematosus, HIV/AIDS, etc.); if you are taking immunosuppressants, blood thinners (anticoagulants), or prescription medications; if you have diabetes; or if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. May cause dark-coloured stool and darkening of the fingernails.
Known adverse reactions: Hypersensitivity/allergy has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. For use beyond 3 months: Dizziness, irritated skin, nausea, and diarrhea have been known to occur with mushroom supplements; in which case, discontinue use.
Note: Product is sensitive to humidity and heat; keep in a cool, dry place.
