Melatonin from Alpha Science Laboratories supports the resetting of the body’s saspect of the circadian rhythm by increasing the total sleep time (aspect of sleep quality) in people suffering from stress, sleep restriction or altered sleep schedule, e.g. shift-work and jet lag.

INGREDIENT PER 1 TABLET:
N-Acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine (Melatonin)………………………………………………………..3 mg

ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS:
Microcrystalline cellulose, Magnesium stearate (vegetable), Fructose.

RECOMMENDED SERVING:
Adults: Take 1 sublingual tablet, one to two time(s) per day, before bedtime or as directed by your health care practitioner. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin.

DURATION OF USE:
Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.

CAUTIONS:
Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking one of the following medications or have the following conditions: anticoagulant, anticonvulsant, blood pressure medications, immunosuppresive medications, sedative, hypnotic or psychotropic medications, or steroids, asthma, cardiovascular disease, liver disease, chronic kidney disease, depression, diabetes or hypoglycemia, hormonal disorder, immune system disease, liver disease, migraine, or seizure disorders. Rare allergic reactions or mild gastrointestinal symptoms (nausea, vomiting, or cramping) have been known to occur in which case, discontinue use. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. If
symptoms persist continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia), consult your health care practitioner. Do not use if security seal is broken.
