LivCo from MediHerb is used as an Adaptogen to help increase energy and resistance to stress (e.g. in case of mental and physical fatigue related to stress). LivCo is used to help ease (gastric) headaches and to help relieve digestive disturbances/dyspepsia. Used to help relieve flatulent indigestion (carminative) and as a hepatoprotectant/ liver protectant. Also used to support liver function.
The combination of Schisandra, Rosemary and St Mary’s Thistle (Milk Thistle) in LivCo, provides a range of compounds including dibenzocyclooctene lignans, phenolic diterpenes (including carnosol and rosmarinic acid), other terpenes, flavonoids and flavanolignans (collectively known as silybin or silymarin). The St Mary’s Thistle component of this capsule is standardised to contain 24 mg of flavanolignans per capsule to ensure optimal strength and quality.

RECOMMENDED DOSE
Adults: 1 capsule 3 to 4 times a day or as directed by a health care practitioner. Use for a minimum of 3 weeks to see beneficial effects in liver function/protection.
Consult your health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Hypersensitivity, such as allergy, has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
