Suggested Use
Adults: As an addition to the daily diet, take 1–2 capsules twice daily with meals or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
Cautions and warnings:
Cautions and warnings: Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 4–6 weeks, or if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or have a liver disorder.
Contraindications: Do not use if you have hypokalemia, high blood pressure, or a kidney or cardiovascular disorder; or if you are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroid, stimulant laxatives, or other medications which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance.
