Alphs Science Laboratories Lentinula edodes (Shiitake Mushroom Extract) is used in Herbal Medicine to support the immune system. Lentinula edodes provides antioxidants that help protect cell damage caused by free radicals.

MEDICINAL INGREDIENT PER 1 TEASPOON (5 mL) :
Lentinula edodes (Shiitake, Fruiting body) ……………………………………………….2000 mg

NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS: Purified water, Citric acid, Potassium sorbate.

Recommended Dose: Take 2 teaspoons (10 mL) two times per day. May be taken with or without food. For palatability, required dosage may be taken with a small quantity of honey. Can be mixed with juice or water. Shake well before use.

CAUTIONS: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners (anti-coagulants). Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Do not use if security seal is broken.

STORAGE: Refrigerate after opening. Store away from children. Consume within three (3) months after opening.
