Suggested Use

Vitamin B₆ (pyridoxal-5′‑phosphate)	5 mg
Vitamin B₂ (riboflavin-5′‑phosphate sodium)	5 mg
Vitamin B₁₂ (methylcobalamin)	1 mg
l-methylfolate from calcium 5‑methyltetrahydrofolate)	1 mg
Copper (from cupric citrate)	1 mg
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid)	75 mg
