ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS:
Purified water, Citric acid, Guar gum, Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), Potassium sorbate, Benzoic acid (buffered), Stevia, Natural cherry flavour.

RECOMMENDED DOSE:
Adults: Take 1 – 2 tablespoon(s) (15 mL-30 mL) two times per day. Can be mixed with juice or water. Shake well before use.

CAUTIONS:
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking anticoagulant, antiplatelet or barbiturates drugs or have yin and/or blood deficiencies, internal wind or loose stools due to spleen deficiency.
