Suggested Use

Adults: Take 1 capsule two to three times daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
Duration of use: Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.

Cautions and warnings: Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you are taking medications for diabetes, high blood pressure, or seizures; or if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
Contraindications: Do not use if you are taking health products that affect blood coagulation (e.g. blood thinners, clotting factor replacements, acetylsalicylic acid, ibuprofen, fish oils, or vitamin E), as this may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding.
Known adverse reactions: Allergy/hypersensitivity to Ginkgo biloba or members of the Ginkgoaceae family may occur.
