DiGest Forte from MediHerb contains Gentian, Feverfew, Ginger, Wormwood and Tangerine in order to provide a broader range of bitter principles to interact with more bitter receptors and to aid digestion.
The MediHerb DiGest Forte herbal formula is traditionally used to help relieve digestive disturbances/dyspepsia, as a digestive tonic and bitter to help stimulate appetite and aid digestion (stomachic) and to help prevent nausea (anti-emetic). DiGest Forte is used to help increase bile flow (cholagogue).

Gentiana lutea (Gentian) root 1:2 extract DHE 200 mg
Tanacetum parthenium (Feverfew) leaf 1:5 extract DHE 200mg
Zingiber officinale (Ginger) rhizome 1:2 extract DHE 250mg
Citrus reticulata (Tangerine) fruit peel 5:1 extract DHE 500mg

Calcium phosphate – dibasic, Cellulose, Croscarmellose sodium, Hypromellose, Magnesium stearate, Mandarin essential oil coldpressed, Silica and Sodium starch glycolate

RECOMMENDED DOSE
Adults: 1 tablet once daily or as directed by your health care practitioner. Take 15 minutes before meals. Consult your health care practitioner for use beyond 4 months.
Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family or if you are pregnant, or if you have acute stomach irritation, inflammation, and stomach or duodenal ulcers, or if you have obstruction of the bile duct, cholangitis or liver disease. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen and prior to use if you are breastfeeding or if you are taking blood thinners, or if you have gallstones or other biliary disorders. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Hypersensitivity, such as an allergy, has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience headaches, sore mouth, mouth ulcers and/or gastrointestinal discomfort.
