Chastetree from Vitazan is used in herbal medicine as a hormone normalizer to relieve premenstrual symptoms and help stabilize menstrual cycle irregularities. Vitazan’s Chastetree helps relieve symptoms associated with menopause, such as hot flushes.

Each ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) serving contains a crude quantity equivalent (1:4) of:
Organic chastetree (Vitex agnus-castus) fruit. . . . . 250 mg

Nonmedicinal ingredients: Ethanol and purified water.

Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, corn, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, or starch.

Directions of use: Adults: Take ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) to 1 teaspoon (5 ml) once or twice daily on an empty stomach or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
