Suggested Use

Each vegetable capsule contains:
Iron (from iron ascorbate)	15 mg
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid)	175 mg
Vitamin B₁ (thiamine hydrochloride)	5 mg
Vitamin B₂ (riboflavin-5′‑phosphate sodium)	2 mg
Vitamin B₃ (inositol hexacotinate, flush-free)	1.82 mg
Vitamin B₆ (pyridoxal-5′‑phosphate)	5 mg
Vitamin B₁₂ (methylcobalamin)	250 mcg
Folate (from calcium l‑5‑methyltetrahydrofolate)	1 mg
Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide in a non‑GMO vegetable capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.
