Magnesium L-Threonate SAP from NFH provides a science-based Magnesium L-threonate for optimal health.

Magnesium is the second most abundant intracellular cation and the fourth most abundant cation in the body. Magnesium is a cofactor in over 300 enzymatic reactions and plays an essential role in energy metabolism, glucose utilization, protein synthesis, fatty acid synthesis and degradation, and ATPase functions. It is an essential ion, helping to maintain the ionic balance of other minerals such as sodium, potassium and calcium. Magnesium deficiency is common in chronic diseases, leading to inflammation of various pathologies. Diabetes mellitus, chronic renal failure, nephrolithiasis, osteoporosis and heart and vascular disease all alter the magnesium balance.

Ingredients

Each capsule contains:
Magnesium ( from Mag l-threonate 625 mg  )
50 mg
Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide in a capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.

Contains no:

Gluten, soy, wheat, corn, eggs, dairy products, yeast, citrus fruit, preservatives, artificial flavors or colors, starch or sugar.

Suggested Dose: Adults take 1 capsule three times daily with food or as directed by your health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months.
